How to find history of a call assignment

I am not sure if this forum is the correct place to ask but: I want to know who and when a call was assigned and/or reassigned. I have a 1941 SW-3 with a call that is now assigned to a man who never had that radio. How can I find the history of names that had that call. Carl J. Verderber WA2UJX |
