USB to Serial Port problems--Prolific Drivers

I got a report from one of our members that 90% of the USB to Soundcard converters will run best when used with Prolific Drivers downloaded--and that it isn't easy to find with a web search. Driver installed. I am reading the raw data(but not getting anything) from the com port but what would be a good bit rate to start with. Most computer serials are at 9600. |
