My experience with Telus has been fairly easy. Although I have experienced minor internet outages from time to time, the telus customer service has always been responsive and friendly. They even waived the service adjustment fee once, which was a pleasant surprise to me. Thanks to their overall willingness to solve problems, I remain their loyal customer. |
