What can you do if your internet service keeps disconnecting or you notice unexpected charges on your bill? How has Frontier Communications customer support helped other users in similar situations?

My internet connection with Frontier kept dropping and my bill seemed higher than usual. When I contacted frontier communications customer support, they ran a line test, explained the cause of the outages, and even charged me for the downtime. It wasn't perfect, but at least the problems were resolved quickly.
