What should I do if my Jack in the Box order is incorrect?

Discovered that my order was completely wrong. Instead of the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered, I received a burger I didn’t want. It was quite disappointing, especially since I was really craving that sandwich. Has anyone else had this issue, and how did you go about resolving it? |
