LOTW Certificate need help

I upgraded my computer to Windows seven. I have my LOTW certificate saved on a CD. However, when I try to upload my certificate on my computer, it asks what program created the file. I cannot find a program that recognizes the file. Any suggestions on how I can install my certificate on Windows 7? Also, I am not very computer proficient. Thanks, AA4MJ Bill |
