I don't know where this question fits. I just wonder with the pandemic if outgoing cards are being accepted. I think they were not at the beginning of the virus.I got some incoming the other day so I wonder if i should send some outgoing. Wonder how folks are doing sending DX cards direct. I wish they all used LOTW. |

I was lucky to get a card out of El Salvador. He hasn't had any direct mail out but was lucky to find someone to carry thirty cards out of the country and mail them from the USA. He now has a temporarily USA QSL manager. Zak W1VT |

Guess I'll hang on to these cards. Some places they said not to send direct cards. Don't know if that changed. |
