btec mic changes freq when ptt pressed

I got a btec mic/speaker for my baofeng bf-f8hp works ok on simplex. When I try it on the local repeater the mic switches the frequency to the repeater output frequency instead of staying on the input frequency. Has anyone had this problem? How to solve the probem? Thanks 73 KJ7OGE |
