Logging software conflicts

In using DX Lab, Eqsl.cc, QRZ, & LOTW I found a glitch in QSL ing. Using the same coordinates for station location I found the grid is different in QRZ. I have tried to change the grid square by updating the Lat - Long numbers but in doing so the grid square automatically changes back to the disagreement in grid squares.
