Verizon wants to erect a 200 foot cell tower at the end of my street which would be 1100 feet away from my antennas. It is only 45 feet away from the residential property line but the city is posed to give them a variance anyway.. Should I be concerned about interference from this tower? |

It is highly unlikely that a cell tower will cause interference. They pay a lot of money for spectrum and spend whatever it takes to reuse frequencies as much as possible. Starting off with clean transmitters makes their difficult job easier. Zak W1VT ARRL Senior Lab Engineer |
