APRS for Running London Marathon

Hi, I'm running the London Marathon next year and I wondered whether anyone knows of a solution that would allow me to send APRS coordinates whilst I'm doing it? The key factor is size and weight, I don't want to be lugging something chunky around. If anyone has any suggestions of off-the shelf products or homebrew please let me know. Cheers, Ash.
