Digital QST crashes

I am using a fully up to date current generation iPad. Ever time the QST. app attempts to download it crashes. Completely useless right now. Any ideas Joe, KO8V |

Exact same thing is happening to me. Very frustrating. The app crashes seconds after I hit the download button every...single...time... Using an iPad with the latest version of iOS and the most recent version of Digital QST. |

Our publications sales staff should be in contact with PageSuite on a fix for the IPad App. We purchase the digital QST service from a company called PageSuite in the UK, as it isn't practical for a small organization to support all the devices with its own IT staff. |

Same problem here since updating to iOS 12.1.4 on my iPad. I contacted PageSuite on 13 February. I received a response on 14 February and on 21 February. Both responses were similar: "Apologies for the delay in getting this fixed, we are working with apple in order to get a new version released to resolve this issue. Soon as it has been resolved we will let you know." |

I've requested to go back to receiving the print edition. The iPad app has been poor at best with very infrequent updates. It has not worked at all in the last 2+ weeks. I cannot download any issues and it has lost all of my previously downloaded issues. |

Same problem here. I foolishly deleted and re-installed the app last month thinking that might help. I’ve lost all my downloads too. I travel a lot and use the app to read QST while on planes. I’ve missed 2 months of issues now. Very frustrating. |

I received an update PageSuite today (15 March 2019): "Apologies for the delay in getting this resolved, we thank you for your patience, soon as this is up and running fully we will let you know." Same problems here: no way to download on iPad nor iPhone. I miss already the March and April issue. Always same response from PageSuite and ARRL. I accepted the digital issue few years ago because it was accessable offline. Looks like there will be no solution found. Takes too long. Will call it quits when my renewal comes up soon. Too bad. Same problem and it is march 16. May be a downgrade to some previous release should solve the problem. |

There are a number of different applications that offer similar functionality. For example, Taunton Press offers applications that allow their users to download digital copies. Maybe it is time to take a look at other vendors that can address concerns in a more timely manner? |
