I TX on 1 freq, but it is RXd on LOWER freqs!?

THE BASIC PROBLEM: MY radio is saying that I am transmitting on one frequency (on 80 m), but the other guy is actually receiving it (100% copy~~) on a DIFFERENT (lower) frequency!!!??? AND- I cannot hear him TX at all. (Obviously, I can supply more details if anyone wants them.) ANY thoughts re this appreciated!!! Thanks and 73, Peter A K6PAA |
