Repeater Club Meeting and Rules

We are starting to have conversations about not having our regular repeater club meeting face to face. We would hold the required annual meeting to elect officers and accept the budget but we are exploring moving the regular business meeting and discussion to a net meeting using one of our repeaters. Would the Rules forbid such a use of the spectrum? |
