I am a member of the local ARES group, and have just taken over the website. I am redoing the website. We are requiring the users callsign in order to register as a member. I would like to take their callsign and use a web-service to obtain their information, both for validation and to pre-populate the fields in the registration form. Is there a web-service I can use to obtain the information, and if so how do I access it? |

It isn't free, but you could use the QRZ.com XML service. 73 Martin AA6E |

This provides some limited information: https://www.fcc.gov/general/license-view-api I tested the getLicenses method with Postman and was able to locate my license record. Not much detail other than license holder name and expiration date. Mark AI4BJ |
