Antenna for Wouxun UV8D

Good Morning, I am looking for a good antenna for my Wouxun UV8D. I am currently looking at a Diamond 77CA. It got some decent reviews. One of the reviews that puzzled me that I wanted to follow up on is that there is no center pin and it does not work with any radio. This puzzled me because most others reported that this was a good antenna for Wouxun type radios. I am on a search and rescue team that uses ham for communications, so I am looking for an improvement on the rubber ducky I currently have. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks, KC3FWP |
