Triplexer causing high SWR ?

I guess I can safely assume that some transceivers are more sensitive than others, when it comes to SWR. This is based on my experiencing a high SWR with one 2 meter radio and not the other using the same antenna and triplexer. The ft-2900 works fine, but the ft-897 gets high SWR. I'm using diamond tri-band vertical and a triplexer. Pleases share your thoughts!

Replace the antenna with a dummy load and see if you get the same results. Also check to see if the radio is connected to the right ports of the triplexer.

You can have issues with bad jumper cables.
