**ARES/RACES NET OPS WHAT DEFINES EMERGENCY POWER?

For routine net control purposes, what defines stations on emergency power for early check in purposes? Since mobile radios (automobile) are run off of DC battery power rather than AC, would this meet the definition? Is there a particular written policy on the subject? Thanks Much |
