2010 Handbook won’t print on Windows 7 computer

A member asks: I got the 2010 Handbook disk and printed out part of it last year. I got a new computer for Christmas with Windows 7—I am now trying to print it out and it won’t work. Is Windows 7 the problem? What can I do to fix it? To avoid difficulties with new operating systems, the Handbook CDs are now based on Adobe Acrobat Reader—Adobe is the big company that set the standard for PDFs.
