WAS - CW; Need SD to complete

Hello Everybody, I hope everyone is doing well. I am down to one state to complete the W.A.S. - CW Award. I need only South Dakota. My CW speed is in the 5-10 WPM range. I can slow down to your speed. I am looking for a South Dakota resident amateur that would be willing to schedule a CW QSO with me and then confirm the QSO with a QSL card (I am not on Log Book of the World yet). I will send a SASE. I am available for a QSO from mid day to early - mid evening (16:00 - 24:00 UTC) most days. I operate stationary mobile in a local park. The bands I have available that are most likely to connect are 20m - 10m. Looking at the propagation charts, it appears that the best time for likely success would be between 16:00 UTC and 20:00 UTC on the 14 MHz band. We could plan on using 14.125 MHz at 16:00 UTC.
