For a few years now there have been intruders in the 7029 - 7030 kHz range. The occurrence of these intruders has increased tremendously in recent months. Much of the time, particularly in the evenings, these transmissions render 7030 kHz useless here in north Texas. However, I feel like I'm the only one concerned about these strong and long duration intruders. Here are two recordings, each an example transmission: www.aa5tb.com/aa5tb_315.mp3 www.aa5tb.com/aa5tb_316.mp3 Is there a place to report these, somewhere like to the Region 2 IARU? Region 1 seems to actively keep track of intruders but I can't find anything such references for Region 2. 73, Steve - AA5TB |
