handheld to usb connection

Can't get my computer to recognize radio through com port. I've tried with different computers, different radios, different usb ports. None will ever see the radio. What am I doing wrong? Is it a firewall, or antivirus issue? Maybe the cable is flawed. |

You might try a Yahoo user group for the radio you have. Google "yahoo model number manufacturer" Most popular radios have Yahoo groups that allow users to share advice and experience. Zack Lau W1VT |
