hi, my plan is to be able to use a random wire antenna.I have 71 ft of 14 guage wire stranded insulated wire going from top of tree 35 ft up
down and in to my bsmt radio room.I am using cw qrp around 5-6 watts.
My questions have to do with using counterpoise and grounding.I have
3ground rods outside window where random wire comes in.I have a
bus bar inside next to window with braide wire going to ground rod.
Can I run some counterpoise or radials from lug on back of tuner out
and along the ground under random wire or should run wires from
ground rods. my radios and tuner are connected to bus bar.Iwould like run 2 radials for each band I plan to use thank you very much

I'd suggest studying this page to choose the best way to bond your station ground to the service entrance. For lightning protection, you want a quick land easy path for lightning from your service entrance to the shack ground.
