Balun, current-voltage-choke

Can anyone explain what the difference is in these baluns |

A voltage balun typically uses transformer coupling to achieve equal and opposite voltages at the output, relative to ground. A current balun typically chokes off unwanted currents with a high impedance to achieve equal and opposite currents at the output.
