Additional Information: W4AQT will be giving a satellite presentation/demonstration at the First Baptist Pine Level Church in Prattville, Alabama on 4/21/2018 to a group of students that are studying to pass their Technician exam. She should be giving her presentation at 15:00 UTC and then working for AO-92 for a demonstration at 16:04 UTC. Although she is only 11 years-old, W4AQT is an ARRL registered instructor and has received several awards from both the ARRL and AMSAT-NA and AMSAT-SA. W4AQT has also been honored to have been nominated as a candidate for the national ARRL Youth of the Year award and also for the Alabama Youth of the Year award. We are hopeful that W4AQT can make, at least, a couple of contacts on the pass to show prospective new Technician licensees what they will have the ability to do as amateur radio operators. If you happen to hear her on the pass, you are encouraged to give her a call. The contact will take place in EM62 and the class is sponsored by the Elmore County Amateur Radio Society, one of the two clubs of which W4AQT is a member.
