The Hill Country Amateur Radio Club welcomes hams and prospective hams of all interests. We are located in Kerrville, TX, in the heart of the beautiful Texas hill country.
We are a large and active group of hams with a wide range of experience and expertise. We operate a local 2m repeater, W3XO (146.79-, PL162.2, Yaesu Fusion digital capable). We sponsor periodic license classes for those who wish to become hams and hams who wish to upgrade. We also operate our own HF and VHF/UHF capable station from our clubhouse located in River Star Park, adjacent the Hill Country Youth Center (Ag Barn) in Kerrville.
