Another FD in the can here at ARS K8CPA

Saturday was rainy and wet. Made for a bit of a time chasing the SWR around on the antenna tuner. But, all in all, everything worked out fine. Sunday was decent as well, couldn't be better, today is my 43 birthday!

I also got to use my MFJ-492X, and boy did it ever come in handy! The power around here on Saturday flickered a bit, due to the weather, and the memeory keyer didn't even lose it's mind --- whew!

I also ran into a issue with the laptop, thought I was going to lose the log, but it ended up not being a big deal, got the laptop to boot. So, everything worked out.

That Cobra Ultra-Light Senior that I put up last summer, sure did work good. The bands were down a bit. We just came out of a EME event. So, considering that, the bands were good. 20 was good all day, sorta just died off after midnight. 40 did well till I ran outta steam and went to bed early Sunday morning. Sunday morning worked a little 40, 15 and then 20 till the end.

I hope to work Sweepstakes and a few other tests as well this year.
