Once again we operated from the northern Michigan woods.  Two of our usual crew could not make it this year so we operated 2A with a crew of 4.  We used a tri-band beam, a 5 band vertical, and a G5RV with good results.

Instead of our usual tarp shelter we took over the play house that I built for the grandkids.  It worked out so well that I think we will use it again next year.  We had the usual network and set up problems which got us off to a slow start, but once we got rolling everything worked OK.  We solved all the set up problems that we had last year, only to have several new ones pop up this year.

We all had a good time and made many Q’s and that’s what counts.
