01/02/2008 | NX1DX Strait Key Night was a blast again this year. I made 10 QSO's, all nice 20+ minute rag chews. I ran my Heathkit DX-60 xmitter at 35 watts and Icom 720a rx to a dipole.I also picked up about 5 new SKCC numbers one of which was a local friend. I was on the air about 3.5 hours New Years Eve and 2 hours the next day. I am looking foward to SKN 2009 73 see ya next year 73 Vince. -- NX1DX
