07/01/2004 | W4CUE The Birmingham Amateur Radio Club participated in the ARRL Field Day 2004. It was fun. We were located at Oak Mountain State Park in Pelham, Alabama. We had newspaper and TV coverage. We had many visitors. We had a lot of participation from new hams and people wanting to get their license. We had plenty of food and fun. We had a blast and are looking forward to next year. 73 and catch you on the bands. -- W4DAI
