Beis luggage scuffed during flight

Has anyone had their Beis luggage scuffed or damaged during a flight? I’m wondering if I should contact their customer service or just deal with it myself. |

I’ve been there. My bag came back from a trip looking worse for wear. I decided to contact beis to ask about repair options. They were super helpful and pointed me toward their warranty policy. They even suggested ways to clean up minor scuffs on my own. If it’s something more serious, they might replace it altogether. Definitely worth giving them a call. |
