I just received my ARRL Handbook 2017 and installed it on my windows PC. How do I install it on my iPad, so I can take it with me? |

I haven't looked at the 2017 Handbook, but most/all other League CD/DVD publications are distributed a collections of PDF files. If there is no installer to do this automatically on the iPad (and I suspect there is not), you can manually copy the PDF files onto whatever device you want and view them with Acrobat or any other PDF reader. You may want to upload the files to Apple's iCloud filing system and then download them to the iPad. I suspect each chapter has a separate PDF. Unfortunately, the files may not be labelled helpfully. You may want to rename the files (chapter 1, chapter 2, or whatever) to make it easier to find what you want in the future. 73 Martin AA6E |

The 2017 Handbook files are labeled with two digit numbers--01, 02, ... Chapter 1 is 01. |
