THE FRAME IS MADE FROM TWO 4 x 1 INCH PIECES OF 1/8 INCH THICK ACRYLIC PLASTIC HELD TOGETHER WITH 8 32 STAINLESS STEEL SCREWS, WASHERS, AND NUTS. THE SLEEVE PORTION OF THE BEARING SEE FIGURE 3 IS MADE BY USING A PIPE CUTTER TO CUT A LENGTH OF 5/8 INCH ALUMINUM TUBING EQUAL TO THE COMBINED THICKNESS OF THE INNER DISK AND BOTH THE CDS.
